I hope you are well and finding ways to get through these grey drizzly days. It will be Spring soon!
Valentines Day February, the month of Love. I imagine you are beavering away finding how to make February the 14th the most romantic, special, beautiful day of the year or like me, can’t think of anything worse (don’t judge me, I make an effort at other times of the year 😊)! Unfortunately though, those pesky scammers find a way to take advantage of St Valentine and his quest for love. Be careful when something that seems too good to be true appears, it’s likely it isn’t. 6 Common Valentine’s Day Scams to Watch Out For
Please see attached flyer for Merton Plus who are hosting events throughout the month supporting LGBTQ+ History Month. Tomorrow they will be hosting an event at the Heritage Textile Workshop and telling their story through block printing and storytelling.
Hate Crime This month we take our hate crime surgery on the road. Next Thursday we will at Mitcham Library to help with any concerns or worries you have. It will be me personally down there so if you want to come by, I’ll be pleased to help. Half Term Holidays The half term holidays are coming up and for a lot of kids it’s a relief and a chance to get some rest. For others it’s a time of struggle to work and find care for their children.
